Drones and Killer Robots: Canada's Policy
Military operations have increasingly included precision guided munitions and
unmanned aircraft known as drones. Under development are unmanned fully
autonomous armaments, or ”killer robots’’ that destroy or kill without a human
in the decision loop. Now is the time to debate what Canada plans to do about
this.
